It was a mazing experience
I tried the massage and Morocco bath with Pinkly, she was a really nice, smiling and helpful. in addition, she has a good experience for massage
It was relaxing day , Zainab as well she was really nice and helpful , I felt so different and to be honest I feel so belonging to this place for sure it will not be the last time , hope to see all of you guys when i come again...

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott for a month and was blown away by their exceptional service. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
One staff member who particularly stood out was Muhammad Khan from the laundry department. He was always available to assist with any requests I had and went out of his way to make sure that my laundry was done to perfection. His friendly demeanor and dedication to his job were truly remarkable.
Overall, my experience at the JW Marriott was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel's commitment to providing exceptional service is evident in every aspect of their operation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

This is the best hotel in Riyadh. Period!!!
The staffs are extremely nice and really make you feel at home. They take extra care of your needs. The only hotel which graciously accepts your request for take away food during breakfast. This is the first hotel in Riyadh which actually returned my items forgotten at the hotel unlike other so called five stars here. I love coming here again and again. Special thanks to housekeeping staffs Alauddin and Param for making my stay so comfortable. I wish nothing less than the best to the team. Keep up the good work.

This is the my second time for me to participate in a conference here - the hotel is very distinguished and clean. I thank from the bottom of my heart the staff at the distinguished hotel. They always smile, especially thanks to (Rania Ibrahim), a distinguished employee. wonderful ?

We spent an enjoyable day here .
within the activities of the King Abdulaziz Award for Quality, sixth edition
- the hotel is wonderful and clean, and there is a special entrance to the conference hall
- the staff are wonderful and cheerful
- the food is wonderful, especially steak was delicious, Also Umm Ali is the champion of the ring.
