I came for an event ,only good thing is the buffet ,poor arrangement and management. Decorations only start by the workers when the guests came . Noisy , unprepared .Unorganized!
Live performance promised did not appear, guests were not informed.

I came here for an event held by internations app, to the hotel open Buffett restaurant, but the thing is there was no such thing as what we had been promised,
we couldn't swim
no DJ
no fans
AC can barely make it, I was sweating to a point that decided to leave.
the open Buffett was the only thing that was offered with full charging fee
I've contacted the host of the event and she said that the hotel, restaurant management have apologized for such circumstances, that's ok, things happen but, you can't charge full price with that. they could've tell the recipetionist to tell guests about these occurrence, so the guests can decide that moment or charge guests with less price.

The service and the food are so nice. The staff is well accommodating specially their Foods and Beverages manager Mr. tamer.

The customer service here is completely disappointing and unacceptable!! The receptionist lady tells me (there is no one to serve you)! everyone is busy when I order the room service menu, which is supposed to be inside the villa, and I do not tell you about the bad quality of food that was provided to us. lastly but not least floors in the bedrooms are wiped with a dirty cloth which caused a cloudy layer
