Braira AL Azizia Resort and Hotel

hi dear, I just want to commend these people who received us during our stay in this beautiful beach resort. mr ahmad and ms noor are so hospitable and customer friendly. the cleanliness and neatness of the hotel is appreciated . thanks to you guys.

Very nice resort and the room is amazing. I would like to stay here again. The receptionist Maisa is nice person.. the facility and view is amazing..

The place is great for relaxation. Only the Check-in Time of 4:00 PM is a little bit late. Other than that, it's a wonderful lace for a family excursion.

We had a dinner buffet here at Wave Resto. The Ambiance of the resort was so cozy and tropical ? The food was superb and the staffs we're all welcoming especially the Bangladesh staff on the Bar. He has a very creative and warm hospitality despite of the humidity outside. Kudos to the team ? definitely recommended ?

I am being generous giving this hotel a 2 star review. I’m giving a star for the restaurant for the excellent service and delicious food, and a star for the beach and pool. Let me share my experience. My family checked in for 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Checkin was easy and quick. We went to our room and the guy who brought our luggages was friendly and helpful with the tv, wifi, etc. We called for extra slippers and towels and it was brought in immediately. When we checked the bathroom, the shower drain had hairs from the previous guests. Obviously it was not cleaned. We checked in late so they had lots of time to clean it. That was a huge disspointment. Another issue was the remote of the tv on the living room was not working properly. And the youtube on the bedroom tv was not working as well. The next day we had breakfast at the restaurant and all of the staffs were very friendly. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the ambience. We spent the evening at the beach and pool and we had a great time. The beach was clean, it had lots of chairs and spaces to sit on to have food and drinks, the servers from the restaurant took our order and brought our food to us. The beach bar was a fun addition as well. You can hangout there and u can order drinks anytime. The night before our checkout, we had some left overs that we wanted to heat up on the microwave. The “start” button didn’t work so we tried to get the food out BUT the door won’t open. We called the front desk and someone came to check it out. They offered to fix it but it was late so we told them to do it tomorrow. On the day of checkout, the manager told us that the microwave door was broken. The latch snapped and it had to be replaced. I thought they would apologize for the faulty microwave and it still even had my daughter’s food inside which she was not able to eat, but to my disbelief they asked us if we could pay for the repair and replacement of the part that was broken! I was utterly shocked! To be honest, the hotel appliance looked cheap especially the microwave and fridge. The fridge was faulty as well! It had ice on the cooling section and it didn’t make our drinks cold. I had to unplug it for the ice to melt and that fixed the problem and it was working again. Overall the restaurant, pool and beach were the only thing that made this hotel worth visiting. Other than that, it is not worth staying at the hotel. So dissapointing.
