This is the only hotel I tried in Qasim so far. Its exterior is great and beds are very comfy. However, bathroom becomes a mass after taking a shower. No regular cleaning. Even when we asked for cleaning, no one cleaned our room. 4 nights, no cleaning!. AC systems are inefficient in rooms.
Key card systems are also broken in the entire hotel. Each time when we got to the hotel, a staff member had to open the door for us. Not very convenient. They said it will be fixed in our first night, but no chance after 4 nights.
I am sure they can do better.
