Stayed in a double room for three nights, during check-in I asked for a second key for my friend, they said only one key can be provided which made our stay very inconvenient. Also, they only provided one towel. Called room service many times to ask for towels, but they never provided. They left garbage under the bed from previous guests. The staff is unprofessional and has bad attitude.

Failed, failed, failed, lost his advice. Employees who do not know how to deal. The room cards do not work until after they are installed, and they only give you one card. The time you enter the adaptation, the rooms are very hot. The location of the hotel is not good. The rooms are not comfortable for the price. I booked via booking and paid for two nights. When I reached the employee, he discovered on the second day that he charged me for one night alone. The positions are very tight. In short, the hotel wants your money without serving you or providing you with means of comfort. Butter bothers you, and there are much better hotels and better locations.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall, hotel is very nice.
Some of saudi staff members were not good.
The main drawback of this hotel is that they don't have shuttle service. At least, they should provide the shuttle during ramadan.
There is harmain bus (free bus service) stop very close to hotel. But most of the time the bus is full. So, eventually u have to take the taxi. And during peak hours, the taxi fares are also very high. So keep that factor in mind if you are coming to this hotel.
Mcdonald, tazaj, and al baik are very close to the hotel.

Bus stop is very near. Metro train stop is also near. From haram to hotel is 5min drive. Room are big . Bed are not uphill my expectations.
No toothbrush or paste provided which is minus point
No laundry service
Internet signal too much weak
Overall its good
