The hotel is nice but unfortunately faced some bad experiences.
1- there was a worm in my salad at the breakfast buffet
2- as a women they didn’t allow me to use the gym. The women section of the gym is not suitable for my workout so i asked to go to the men’s gym for just 30 mins ( an empty one). Management wasn’t helpful and understanding at all.
So if you are someone who is serious about fitness and food. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I was in room 405. Shiekh Mohammad Atif was very good, he provided the best service, which improved my experience in Saudi. I hope to come to this hotel again with such an excellent staff. He definitely deserves more.

Food is horrible.
Rooms are okay, not the cleanest..
Reservations “manager” Ahmad alsayed will lie to steal your money upon reservation, beware.
If you do not need to stay here, don’t.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my family and it was an exceptional stay from all aspects especially the arriving experience and for sure we shall repeat this experience. I would like to thank Hamza from the reception team for his professional and warm welcoming.

The hotel is spotless, the reception is warm and welcoming, the resturant serves very delicious dishes with a wide range of choices, it is also reasonably priced. The service is excellent and I would like especially thank room service, namely Burhan and Lail, cause i left some items behind after check out, and when i called the next day they assured me they had my items in a safe place for me to pick up anytime. A really wonderful experience.
