Was one of the awful hotel i have come crossed through my life. Starting from:
1 the staff not helpful
2 cleanliness from the bottom to the front
Not suggesting anyone to go there.

I arrived here on 28 june for hotel Quarantine.place Real awsom but i m not happy with hotel service they give me breakfast at 10 am and today almost 11am still Didn't get breakfast.i m sure that they Don't care becoz of my Nationalty but its not fare others people give then money n me also give then money.another things breakfast 10 am lunch 3pm and dinar 10 pm

What you’re doing on weekends is a shame you are keeping the loud sound till 3am. That’s totally unacceptable inside a residential neighborhood with no respect to anyone.

Hotel is so terrible for the following reasons:
1- Air conditions doesn't work properly.
2- No hot water in the rooms for shower.
3- Music was so noisy till 2 am.
4- Room service is terrible.
I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Traveler Tips:
Welcome to Aster hotel jeddah. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The hotel has a sea view from the 4 & 5th floor and 6th floor is for restaurant and you can enjoy the sea view from there. They dont have SPA facility in the hotel. They have an indoor swimming pool which is only for the kids up yto 12 years of age and timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the ground floor. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The gym is also located on the ground floor. The lobby has two entrance for different sides.
Timings:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
