The apartments are clean. The reception is beautiful. I lived for 400 riyals, two rooms, a hall, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a washing machine.
There is no grocery store nearby, so...
The downside is that the bed creaks, but the air conditioning is cold and good, the utensils are clean, and there are no slippers on the towels

My family and I lived for 411 riyals per day in an apartment with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large hall. It had parking and no services around it. The reception staff were very helpful. I strongly recommend it to families.

Spacious and clean apartments.. Apartment prices are fixed.. 2 bedrooms for 315 per night and 3 bedrooms for 420 per night.. The drawback is the smell of cooking as some Asian communities live there.
