You need to keep up maintenance of your rooms and your elevators as well as your air conditioning.

Very good interior, comfortable room, but staff charges more then booked amount.
So yummy Arabic food.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful.specially Abu Amir, riyad and Soukana from the facility Management, The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food of the restaurant down the Hall was good. Especially,nice and well maintained swimming pool.spacious room as compared to most of the hotels in jeddah, ovell all I will a 4 star review as there is still room for upgraded and maintenance.
Thank you Nabarees Al Macy, I really enjoyed my stay.
