Room location and all were fine except the room service.. the door was unable to open from outside as the lock was damaged.. when complained, the service person came and opened with master key and he said "the door is having some issue, but anyways you will vacate tomorrow, so it is ok"..

The rooms are cleaned daily. All the staff is helpful & welcoming. The breakfast is decent. Have a fair balance of vegetarian & non veg options. Worth the price.
Stayed there for almost 3 months and found it better than a lot of hotels..
Gym could have been better

Gym was not working and looked abandoned. I got a meal in the restaurant and felt not good the whole day after. Hotel its-self is not bad and reception staff is very kind, but services got worst in the last 3-4 years

Such a great place for a 3 stars hotel. The room was so clean, and well organized. The bed sheets, bathroom, and carpets were clean. The staff were friendly and super nice.
Upon arrival to the hotel you are promptly greeted by staff and your baggage is swiftly loaded and carted away to your room. I was stay in this hotel 15 days within days everyday they are given well service. The lobby is very nice and impeccably clean. Check in was pain free and the rooms are surprisingly large, clean and well equipped
Would I stay here again? Most definitely. The friendliness/courteousness of the staff and amenities make this a really nice place to stay.
