It was a great Tour in Saudi Arabia in my life...And the Hotel was good and location on a great place..And Stuff behaviour is Good...Special person was Ismail...He is well behaviour person..His talking Style and how to treat guest he knows very well...Thank you Ismail..if I'll be on this hotel... I'll manage a great Gift for you..

There is a very bad smell in the room. I kept the windows open all the time.
Please be careful with the payment. I had booked hotel through agoda and when i reach there, the reception staff gave me an offer to pay a lesser amount which is the actual price. I had paid the money in advance and was happy.
But when I went to check out the following day, a different receptionist requested me to pay an additional amount in accordance with the cost of my Agoda reservation. I informed him that I had already paid the offer price he had given me when I checked in, but the receptionist had been quite pushy and had made me pay a large sum of money.
It's the worst hotel customer service I've ever had.
