Hotel room kept experiencing issues with the keys constantly requiring multiple trips to the lobby. Few times in the middle of the night (2am) the fire alarm went off waking up the whole hotel - due to people smoking in the room. This is unacceptable, something needs to be done about it. Hotel was very clean and offers a nice breakfast daily, staff was friendly. Entrance to the hotel parking lot is super tricky if you have a larger car.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful (INTERNATIONAL JANA) restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place.

Very good hotel, close to digital district
The only comment is on room-dining service, the bread is too old and not fresh

Very clean and calm environment, staff are polite except the guy who is serving the morning breakfast.
We did order on extra blankets but we didn’t receive any. Though we called couple of time.
Internet not as expected
TV wasn’t working well, and seems very old and outdated.
Bathroom was beautiful also they used a nice french brand for the products.
During breakfast it was a bit challenging to eat while the waiter ego was overwhelmingly pushing me away. Food was good, Foul done nicely very well done. Pastries was not too good, croissant too dry.
The hotel presumed luxurious , but no room service after midnight ? especially if you ask them to bring anything.
Generally is oky, I would come back for breakfast only
