This hotel is very clean and have very good location. Sarah was very helpful and accommodating. She is really so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay few nights in Riyadh. The rooms very tidied up and very organized.

Desk phone in the room not working. Reported and nobody come to fix. Every small things need to come down to front desk. Nobody come for room cleaning unless go down and ask. Wifi is weak and unstable. Has exposed electric wires behind the tv table. Door card failed 4 times in 2 days. This is a below 3 star hotel. If you look for frustration, come to this place.
