The hotel facility is good and good service. They allowed me to check in in the morning. kudos to this hotel. i will be coming back again when i visit jubail.

Till check out they were asking me for money. I told them that already I paid through Agoda.
Then they were asking for water bottles. So I told them that it's included free water bottles, tea, coffee and breakfast with my booking, as per booking agreement.
Very old hotel. Only the lobby and lift area got renovated. But the room, it's furniture, AC, toiletries are very old. Closet were getting leakage while flushing.
But one thing I have to mention that the Wi-Fi internet was working perfectly. And the arabic hotel Sama Deeraty is very near.
