I was staying here for 6 night and the location of hotel is vary good and near to Masjid e Nabwi … specially near Ladies gate.

No housekeeping. No towels. No clean pillows. Dirty carpets. Maintenance was really bad. Room facilities not working.

just 3 mins walk to Haram?
Rooms are very clean✨
Area is surrounded by restaurants and gift shops ??
Hotel name used to be Emaar Royal.
I recommend it ???

Location- 5 stars.
Convenience for parking, room comfort and other facilities - 5 stars.
Overall value for money.
But Food disappointed me- 3 stars

Nice to stay very close to Masjid Al Hakran women pray area gate 339, main Haram Gate 21-22.
Just walking distance 2mins good atay with family n kids , polite staff n good service...
