This served as my home for almost a year. I loved our stay, it was a peaceful place and it really felt like home. The bed was comfortable, the room has a big, wide space for a 1 bedroom apartment. It's location is a walking distance from a supermarket and has many nearby restaurants in the area.

I don't recommend it at all
The TV obliges you to install a receiver in it, and you answer a technician at your expense
Other than that, the oven brought a gas cylinder, and the change is also on you
I didn't tell you how much the smell of the oven suffocated me
My advice, if the owner sees my comment, is that if he raises the monthly rent price, he just gets an electric oven and takes care of the apartments, I guarantee him customers.. He is supposed to benefit from the location of the apartments.
