The hotel have outsourced its rooms management to some guys and we had to face huge delay in getting room. Plus the receptionist is some one who is a mobile addict … not even ready to listen to customers .

Al alya hotel the worst night mare ever. On the very first day we came late 24 hours our flight got delayed, on request the staff didn't refund the money, the don't speak English at all, no WiFi in the hotel room , no kitchen in the room and after the days we had uk nationals like us and they took from them 600 pounds and didn't provide the room saying your late and no room and they traveled three night like us and they have returned back in tired and pain, I request all the people reading it from UK or any part of the world for the sake of Allah don't book this hotel and please keep yourself away from it. Highly not recommended worst experience in madina ,saudi with this hotel.

28-Oct-2022. The distance from Masjid Nabvi to hotel is 12 to 15 minutes, no electric kettle, no micro-oven to reheat food, the receptionist ladies behave is not flexible, Open parking available
Hotel type: conventional/ Ordinary and the hotel building is renovated.

1. V terrible experience.....I missed my harmain high speed train.....coz of non availability of taxi's.....
2. we don't even get uber or careem on time....only ppl with their private cars can think of booking this hotel
3. No service from hotel to haram at Salah timings...
4. No door mats....v bad maintenance .
