I stayed in this fabulous hotel for 3 nights with my 3 kids family, the hotel's standard was much more higher then my expectations new build building everything in perfect condition just as new, all staff was very good and friendly specially Mr. IBRAHIM who welcomed us upon arrival and made very easy and smooth check-in for us , he did all he could to make our comfort and experience as best as possible , every time i will come to this city this hotel will be my first choice to stay in , i truly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to come to visit this beautiful city.

Had a very good experience. Arrived late at night, but the night shift manager helped with our booking even with delay. Very clean rooms.
