Closed during of season
Am not sure why? But you can visit some near by parks that is very calm and full of trees and nice walk ways
I believe this would be a good place worth visiting if you are in abha.

Loved this park. It is built in steps and you have a beautiful view of the city and the green mountain from here. The famous high city is right across the street from here.

Really scenic trail. Gorgeous place to sit and soak in nature and enjoy beautiful weather of Abha.
I was unable to find any public bathroom in the park perhaps I missed it. There are no food kiosks or cafes in the park. So plan trip accordingly.
