As opposed to the articles I've read about this in the internet, we were not able to walk around the perimeter of the dam. The gates were closed near the crest. Also, the bleachers overviewing the dam were also inaccessible. I think maybe it's because of the pandemic situation. However, the picnic place here is quite comfortable. Needs more renovations though to sanitize the place and add more ornamental plants, please.
BONUS: I was surprised too that there were guys fishing down the dam, and I asked myself "was it even possible?" ?
