建筑学
A'arif Fort是一座长方形的城堡，用泥土和粘土建造而成。它位于海尔的中心，建于公元 17 世纪。堡垒占地约440平方米，战略性地位于山顶，从城市的任何地方都可以看到它。这座堡垒坐落在 Jabal Irf 的山顶，享有北部城市的美景。
堡垒可以通过南侧的门进入，那里有一个小庭院通向正门。堡垒内有瞭望塔、窗户、住宅区、浴室、清真寺和仓库。

It was a wonderful place to be at weekends. There is this excellent view of the landscape which gives our mind a soothing experience. We have been there along with our family consisting of children of various age. The place was equally enjoyable for all age groups. Overall, a nice place to visit and to recommend. None of the official information makes any sense. Maybe someone can help or am I missing something?
If the castle was constructed in 1260 AH (according to Heritage Commission website) - that is equivalent to 1844/1845AD as the Islamic year falls into two of the Gregorian years. That means it was built in 19th Century not 17th Century as all the website say. If it was 17th Century it would have been built in the 1600s which is down in the 1000s for AH calendar ....

Beautiful outside, went there at 14:00 and was closed, even though the timings say open until 17:00. There was someone sleeping inside but did not want to answer. It is a pity we drove from Riyadh to see.

Nice historical place. But it was closed on Friday so couldn’t get inside the castle or the museum. Park was nice also

This is a nice historical place which you need to visit and see the building done naturally and beautifully very nice for the children to see the goodness in the day’s before. There is a lot of shops around and more to see you can also see the whole area from the to of the building so please come see Saudi Arabia and make sure you get the history of the Saudi people family orientated and hard working people.
