Receptionist couldn’t handle my issue , even the management didnt act accordingly with no response.. my recommendation to the owner to evaluate their team and teach them how to deal with unhappy visitor.. also u have to add a contact number in the lobby for complaining or suggestions.. The price compare for what i got 2/10 …

The service is not good at all, the restaurant was fully booked and no one answered in the room service although I called 3 times and I had to call the reception In addition to that my room was garden view and there was a big screen in the garden The voice was too loud, although I asked the reception to turn down the Volume but they said I have to wait for more than 1:30 hour till the match ends So I had to leave the hotel in the same day I discourage any one to come to this hotel

Very luxurious place i enjoyed the food and especially the staff they where so helpful and respectful the bed is very clean and comfy and nice rooms. I recomend this hotel to everyone

First time to stay here, seemed a good choice due to availability of rooms and price compared to other fully booked and highly expensive hotels at this period in Riyadh. It looks like a palace from outside, space is not an issue here, rooms are really spacious, so reasonable for multiple occupants. House keeping is a great issue here, i left room morning returned at 6 PM to find it not clean, had to ask them to send someone, took them 30 mins to turn up, with no reason why it wasn't cleaned earlier. This hotel is very reasonable if you have a business trip and not expecting to stay long in room, or if you are traveling with family due to size of rooms. Breakfast was not bad, could be better. Location not best, secluded building but connects well to other locations by uber or taxi.
