I do not recommend it at all. I booked through one of the intermediary applications for 3 nights from July 7 to 11 for 820 riyals. It says there are towels and Wi-Fi, but in reality there is none. I lived on the fourth floor. Attention to maintenance: 0% fans and lamps, half of which are floating in the corridors and rooms. The rooms are clean, but the furniture is very old, patched, stained and broken, and each room is different from the next, and there are very many insects, and there is no insulation at all. You hear the voices of your neighbors and every day at noon you smell a strong smell of cooking in the room. The air conditioner remote is broken and you have to ask for it. There is no TV remote and the receiver remote does not work. The bathroom key is not available and there are no tissues or soap. The brushes are on the old system. Abu Masura. There is no water boiler or any other services. There is no fire alarm and no cameras. The curtains are not opaque. Air conditioning is bad. The price is very, very, very high for the level and the patchwork they are doing, and on top of that, they slaughtered the Eid lamb in it and left their money for a whole day on the roof. The whole floor is cheap. The elevator is broken and there is no parking button. The dealings are so bad that I also contacted the broker and spoke to them several times without any response. The network is very weak in the place and the internet is very slow and intermittent. The site is nice but not satisfactory. An experience that will never be repeated. The intention is not to cut off my livelihood, but this is the reality, and I feel sorry for every riyal I paid in this rotten place, especially since the amount I reserved for it means I can rent it in the best hotels.
