Situated at main Ibrahim Al Khalil road at 5 minutes walk from masjid Al Haram. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly

If there was a 0 star I would rate it. No hygiene whatsoever. Bugs climbing up and down the walls. Horrific smell from the toilet. Walls and curtains stained with brown spots. No towels bedsheets haven’t been changed in months. Pillows are stained yellow. Toilet has bugs everywhere inside and the tap doesn’t work and the toilet handle is broken. No space at all inside the hotel we booked a 4 bed room and didn’t have enough space inside to put our suitcases inside. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Another person in our group found a dead rat in their hotel room. Dust everywhere in the rooms and the beds are about to fall apart along with the cupboards. Possible the worse hotel in the whole of Saudi do not stay here if you enjoy practicing basic hygiene.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. There was smell in the room whenever you turn on the AC. The air conditioner was barely working. In bathroom, cammode and bath shower were broken. I suggest you don't waste your money. In this range you can get much better hotel. Lastly, room was so small. We were 5 person and they gave us a room for 3 people. I suggest you don't waste your money
