Very nice accommodation. We had a 2 bedroom suite. I liked that the room came with a washer/dryer. The staff was very friendly. Nasiruddin at the restaurant made sure we had what we needed. The omelets were delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

The time we spent at your hotel was extremely high quality. The employees are very kind and solution oriented. Especially Chef Haris is a very successful chef. We will miss his cooking very much. The staff at the restaurant are really polite and friendly. We will repeat this experience as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

This hotel is one of the best to stay in Madina although it’s a bit far from the Prophet’s mosque. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Ms. Leena tried her best to make us feel comfortable. Ansari, Amir, Mohsin & Waqar were such great guys from the staff who made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. They were very polite and helpful at all times. A few things that should be improved: Extra bed which the hotel offers is extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast can be better!

Check in staff were rude, messed up our booking. They were also rude when we asked to check in later than 12. However the manager and kitchen staff were very professional and accommodating. Hotel is clean, new and spacious but very far from al masjid al haram. Mixed feelings probably won’t return.

One of the worst services and hotels I have ever been. The staff are horrible especially a guy at the front desk called youssuf. In the booking we got 2 rooms and 2 beds in each room. We got 1 room with 2 beds and 1 bedrooms room with 1 bed. After asking to change the receptionist kept saying there weren’t any rooms after saying that my father’s a member of the hotel did they provide us a room. The bigger issue at hand is the uae flag was flipped and when I asked them to change it, it was still the same the next day.
