Nice hotel, competitive prices.

We had an event in the hotel and they have an accomodating staff. The foods in the buffet suit my palate. Clean and neat rooms. Just one thing i hoped they improve was the pool area. I will come back for sure.

Unbelievable, pumpkin on door ! Front desk, learn how to provide best hospitality, good attitude, respect to people keep your own problems at home, when your at work do the best or few months here on start cleaning cockroaches (as jest guest’s ) My stay was bad experience! I don’t suggest anyone.

Even a star doesn't deserve the bad service of this hotel....very expensive rooms but the swimming pool cannot be use, they said it only open from 6am-6pm but the pool is so dirty...the manager is recist!

Second time visited this hotel because the first time was very nice. Value for money hotel in a very central position in Jeddah. Having in my mind this i booked again a stay of 3 nights. Something changed for sure in the between. The location was the same but the rest not. The check in was very bad ( I think was late and the person in reception was bored) and no helpful at all. The room was worse than before but more expensive. All my stay nobody came to clean the apartment even when I told them that need cleaning!!!! According to the booking site the hotel offers also parking. All the days find a place to park was stressful. Peaty and never again.
