As a customer, I had an exceptional experience at the IBIS-style hotel. The ambiance was inviting and modern, and the staff was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. I particularly enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the cuisine surpassed my expectations with its delicious flavors and impeccable presentation. Moreover they also provided 24/7 bus service between Haram and hotel. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience.

Bang for buck. Great service from all of front desk team especially Ahmed, and housekeeping as well. We had a few hiccups at check in but they were resolved quickly. Stayed for 6 nights. Reliable shuttle service if you are mindful and plan around the timings.

Initially when I checked in my room's carpet was dirty, as soon as I switched the AC on dust started spewing out of it, carpet smell was horrible, bed sheets were dirty, toilet was filthy and closet and TV table was broken. I asked to clean my room and change it, reception promised me that the room will be changed as soon as the next rooms becomes available and cleaned. After waiting for 2 days no cleaning done to my room and they didn't provide us with another room. Upon contact the reception the 2nd night they just changed the bedsheets and mattress cover. There are much better options around the same price with better rooms. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't live up to the Accor hotels brand name.

During my nearly week-long stay at the hotel, I was initially attracted by its good price and its close location to the haram, surrounded by peaceful surroundings with no other hotels nearby. However, I faced several problems. When I arrived, I took a photo of the bus schedule, but later found out it had changed without warning. This left me waiting at the bus station for almost an hour and a half. The hotel staff blamed us for not checking the schedule repeatedly. The room wasn't very clean; they only tidied up the bed and bathroom, while the floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The door lock kept running out of battery, so I had to call reception for help multiple times. Unfortunately, there weren't any restaurants nearby, so I had to order food delivery for all my meals. And the laundry service charged a lot—29 SAR just to wash my haram clothes.

It's a nice quiet place with lovely and clean rooms. Shuttle bus to Haram is always on time. Just don't forget to pack your toothbrush because it is not included.
