Poor quality of service. Unwelcoming environment especially when it comes to breakfast services. I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone who is hoping to have an enjoyable time in the beautiful city of Khamis Mushayt. I paid for 2 breakfast and never had one because of the fact they don’t respect time and also they were not honest and direct where they wanted to charge me again for breakfast that I already paid for.

Clean and tidy and the service of the staff is excellent, very helpful.. but the standard of the bathrooms is less than expected.. And there is an additional advantage. The sessions in the kofi drink with the restaurant above the hotel are beautiful and have a wonderful view. Very distinct from the Khamis Mushait hotels and the staff are interested in customer satisfaction.. and I thank Sister Madiha, who fulfilled all our needs with love and taste, and she took care of our session as if we were guests in her house.. She was very a great night
