Good and nice room are good

Bad service. No wifi. Broken elevators. No restaurant. No security. Very far from services, supermarkets or shops. Very bad service. There are no room services. There is no restaurant. There is no shared internet. The staff is difficult to deal with because they do not understand Arabic or English. They have been staying for a week, and the bed linen has not been changed, and there is no interest in the cleanliness of the rooms or corridors.

The hotel is once far from the Haram. I do not recommend it if you do not have a car, and there is no kind of service next to it. The hotel is located in a street called Abu Lahab Tunnel. Its geographical location is never nice. As for the hotel from the inside, it is modest, but it is not bad, and its prices are very modest. As for other hotels, if you have a car, it is a good option for you. If you are with a load or on your own, then I do not advise.
