The most pro receptionist was 2 I forgot their name (woman’s) in check in and check out totally perfect Razan and zaharaa

I’ll recommend the hotel not only because of its location but because you need to experience the room (king sized room fit for a king, the excellent service of its staff- they accommodated my early check (almost noon time) even tho the check in time is at 4pm - based on online booking, its accessibility- pharmacy, car rental, grocery… You can booked online (hotel,booking and 1 more site..? .com- pay at the hotel Will go back again for sure!!!

The spaces are large and room clean , but the quality of disposable items (soap, shampoo, tissue ) is of medium class

I stayed there for 2 months, I had an exceptional stay at Inala Hotel, largely due to the amazing staff. Manager Mohamed Jamil was outstanding, setting a tone of warmth and professionalism. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making a great first impression. The housekeeping staff's attention to cleanliness and comfort was commendable, creating a pleasant environment. Likewise, the restaurant staff's service was top-notch, contributing to enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, the dedication of the entire team at Inala Hotel made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
