This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here about two years ago, and honestly, I found a decline in cleanliness in the bathrooms and some insects were present. The cleaning team was not responsive, and I think their numbers were significantly reduced. There is no room cleaning after 12 noon. The reception staff are somewhat helpful and friendly. The coffee shop downstairs is very bad in terms of the service provided by the worker Munir and the quality of coffee and tea is poor. The internet connection in the rooms is weak. The shuttle service to the holy mosque provided by the hotel is excellent and positive. Having ground parking spaces is also a positive feature. I don't think I will repeat the experience at this hotel.

The staff are not friendly. The rooms have old furniture. The bus just goes to Haram only during prayer times. It's expensive compared to what you get. Bad sound insulation. Stay away from this hotel!

One of the worst hotels in Madinah Very poor service, low breakfast quality The staff are not helpful at all and they always reject anything needed. And the rooms are not clean even after the house keeping they leave it untidy. Don't recommend, the only 1 good thing is that they have shuttle to haram.

Location need to be updated as it is set at across the street. Very cooperative and flexible staff. Good for a quick stay Could be improved especially service wise

Great room standards. Transport to Masjid helps softens the inconvenience of its location. Breakfast needs working on. Would visit again.
