Crown Tower Hotel

Very worst ... its not like a 5 star hotel.. they didn't provide facilities what they mentioned...no swimming pool, no play area, no gym.. need to pay for breakfast.. here 5 star reviews are given by their own staffs

I love the stay in this hotel, i stayed for about 5 days. My most favorite part is the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the breakfast everyday, Mr.pankaj, the chef prepare the stuff very tastey and also according to the needs if mentioned. I will surely stay in this hotel only especially to have those wonderful breakfasts. Also the housekeeping staff are very nice, they makeup the room everyday before returning to hotel from work and i see it cleaned very neatly and they keep some snacks with a lovely message😍, which is really impressive... And the reception staff were too nice with their warm reception throughout my stay...and were very quick to support if any issues faced. Also as you can see in the pictures taken from the balcony, the view is really nice. Overall a wonderful stay which made me feel to comeback same hotel every time I visit jubail

Great Experience & Hospitality in Jubail Excellent business hotel with professional staff in jubail down town !!! When I was checking. I never thought that i could get this kind of experience from the hotel as I have been a regular visitor to this hotel since 2021. It was a very pleasing experience throughout my stay. I must say that front office receptionist Njla , Cristopher , Noor & Ayman ( sorry if I misspelled it wrong) was outstanding in customer service. Housekeeping staff made sure to give my all requests on time. Breakfast was great and different varieties!!! Loved their action cooking counter for Falafel & Crepe. Hotel lobby it was clean and smell great always. Amazing hotel with amazing staff.

5 stars due to their hospitality and kindness as the hotel receptionist gave me a free upgrade to executive suite. Rest I would suggest hotel management to change the small carpets as they are very dirty and improve the cleaning. Overall our experience was wonderful in this hotel and we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet.

Big room and clean. Nice view from the 9-floor restaurant.
