Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. We appreciated the convenient location and the well-designed studio room. The kitchen was adequately equipped with basic necessities and utensils for cooking. The quality of the shampoo and shower gel provided by Citadines was excellent. The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to the swimming pool being under maintenance.

Weekend Stay Positives: Location (easy to get there). Location (nearby shopping centers). Welcoming staff. Valet parking. Design and decorations. Cleanness & housekeeping. Helpful friendly staff (Director Mr Naif Dhamri). Amazing view on the balcony. Well clean prepared setting and bed rooms. Delicious items for breakfast. Areas of Improvement: Crowded booking (you need book early).

It was my first experience at the hotel, and it was a very successful and wonderful start due to the very kind and more than wonderful treatment from the employee Manal Al-Asmari. I definitely want to repeat the experience because of the kindness of all the staff and their excellent treatment, especially the employee Manal Al-Asmari. I wish you continued success.

Its really good, I got best friend inside the hotel, the workers were friendly to me like Mr Firoz, I really gonna miss him so much but guys this hotel is the best in Saudi Abha, I wish I could visit this place again. Thanks, am Gerald from Uganda
