I have unpleasant experiences with them. I came to pick up some bakery with my kids 🥯 & found a long line of ladies in front of the store under the hot Jeddah sun ☀️ out of store. Anyhow After a long wait, we finally got the pack. But unfortunately, we had to wait more than 2 hours to get back the cake. Poor planning from the management of the store.🤒 I believe the bakery is overrated + very high prices. I will never revisit it. Again. Not recommend.

The order takes up to (20-30 mins). Madelines are freshly baked but I think it’s overrated. The service is so bad and not suitable to be presenting the Tomillo family!!

I would like to thank the staff for their good treatment, especially the employee who took the group photo for us, because she was very cooperative, as she left her food to take a picture for us. I do not know her name, but she is very kind. And the food is so delicious specially MGALGAL ??

Maybe their ala carte menu is better. But for iftar buffet, it was disappointing. as staff could not keep the food warm. Reasonable variety of dishes but everything was cold. Otherwise great ambience, atmosphere was calm and staff were reasonable as well. The restaurant experience was pleasant just let down by the food.

Beautiful restaurant vibes and great service. We enjoyed our dinner here on a thursday night which was not busy and we didn't need to book in advance. The madelines are very tasty and a must if you go here. The food needs a little bit of a kick in flavors and to be improved in quality for the prices to be justified. Would visit again for the madelines and restuarant vibes only.
