Description

Suhail is a Saudi Arabian fine-dining restaurant serving dishes inspired by the old Arabian Peninsula with a modern twist. The dishes are innovative and inspired by Saudi heritage. The idea of ​​the interior decoration is inspired by the desert, palm trees, and the tent. The interior design is themed on a luxurious oasis in the desert. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as a room for private parties that can accommodate approximately 15 people. Suhail serves their guests with a welcoming plate consisting of dry qirsan and sauce for dipping as well as a dessert dish consisting of Loqimat at the end of the meal. Really amazing Saudi cuisine with a nice ambiance. I was a bit afraid of trying traditional Saudi dishes like lamb kabhsa, but in this place they were cooked really delicious! What's more, the design of the restaurant is impressive while unpretentious.

Saudi food with a twist. Once you step in you realize that a lot of effort was put into making the overall resturant ambiance great. They mainly serve Saudi food, so I do recommend it for anyone who want to invite foreign people to introduce them to Saudi food and traditions. Plates aren’t cheap but the overall experience and decoration make it up for the amount you pay.

A wonderful dining experience, the ambiance and decor was top tier. Service was excellent with complimentary Arabic coffee and a bread dish. Both of our items were well plated and presented. The camel steak was exceptional.

It was great to experience Saudi food in a gourmet setting. The food was amazing, everything we order tasted really good. We shared several appetizers including the pumpkin salad, vine leaves, lamb dumplings and Mutabbaq with vegetables all were very nicely presented and tasted good. For the main course, I had the Harees Arabian Gulf. The lamb was cooked very well and melted in your mouth. Those who were with me ordered the Shrimp Maghash Jizan, Hammour Maghash Jizan and the Teman Hai'l and were equally satisfied with their choices. For dessert we had the Messy Dates Crumble. The dessert overall was super good but the cardamom ice cream was the star. Very delicious. Will visit again.
