Description

Located within Rashid Mega Mall itself, Steak House is a Saudi chain of restaurants, with a presence in many cities. The Steak House specializes in steak but also offers burgers and other casual American cuisines including its popular All-You-Can-Eat Soup and Salad Bar.

The entrance is on the third floor of the mall, at the food court level. The restaurant has a main room and a family section where the salad bar is located. The branch is good and everything is fine. I noticed that if you order a meal (local) they put it in a paper bag every time and you sit down and wait for them to give you a plate. The foreign employees respond. The Saudi says she takes the plate from her home. You must focus on your order before leaving the restaurant because they have a high rate of error in preparation This is the best Asian mini branch in the city, according to my experience My rating for the McCafé and drinks corner is 10/10 Overall, a satisfactory experience, and if they increased the quality of service a little, the place would be better

The sandwiches have no taste, the ones in Sari are tastier, but as they are, and the games are better, according to the children’s opinion.

The service was relatively prompt, and my friend and i were greeted with complimentary Arabic coffee with dates (lush)…the restaurant manager waited our table and relentlessly was checking if we needed anything! If that’s not leading by example idk what is!! Super satisfied with that.. a small downside was one of the mains had bone dry buns, but that was immediately rectified and fresh burger slider was served Good experience all things considered, will be returning 100%

The service is really nice, the food tasted amazing and it came very fast. The staff are also very kind and helpful especially Ahmed. I definitely recommend the restaurant to all !
