Description

Starbucks is a well-known international coffee shop chain and this branch is located on the second floor of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram. Starbucks offers cold and hot drinks (lattes, ice chocolates, mochas) as well as healthy sandwiches. For desserts, they have cakes (carrot cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, etc.).  In addition, the atmosphere is nice and calm. This branch is located on the second floor. There is another branch located on the first floor which is smaller. Starbucks is located in Abraj Al-Bait, Makkah.

!This branch has an amazing employee On a difficult and exhausting day, I went to the branch next to the Haram and I was in a bad mood for a while. I applied and the employee, I think his name is Nasser, was smiling and watching me from the beginning . He said to me (Good evening) and said, “The whole life is difficult. If we keep thinking about how difficult it is, we will not live happily. Take your coffee.” And enjoy the moment that will change your mood. Indeed, my mood suddenly changed and became more positive. Thank you to the wise young Saudi Nasser - I am not sure of his name -

Best starbucks branch in makkah, whenever i go there the cashier his name is naif always remember my order before i order he prepares my order. MashaAllah very quick service and professional staff

Date: 24th January 2022 Time: Around 10:30 am By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The guy was super rude with long hairs, wearing no mask. From the moment I walked in the guy was behaving in a very bad manner and had a bad attitude like I owe him something. I was expecting a polite and helpful service with a mask on the face in this pandemic. I’d definitely not recommend anyone to go there. There are more Starbucks in a close range to Holy Mosque.
