Description

Starbucks is a well-known international coffee shop chain and this branch is located on the second floor of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram. Starbucks offers cold and hot drinks (lattes, ice chocolates, mochas) as well as healthy sandwiches. For desserts, they have cakes (carrot cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, etc.).  In addition, the atmosphere is nice and calm. This branch is located on the second floor. There is another branch located on the first floor which is smaller. Starbucks is located in Abraj Al-Bait, Makkah.

Wanted my usual morning latte that I get in USA so decided to go to this location as I was staying in the Fairmont click tower. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. The young man behind the register was very courteous and polite. He took my order and did additional suggestive selling which you don’t see very often these days. I took the cashiers suggestion and ordered Zataar croissant. It was warm and moist and went great with my hot cafe latte.
