Description

Shrimp Nation restaurant has many branches in the city, this one is located at Amwaj gallery in Dammam. It is a two-storied restaurant with modern and minimal decoration. There is an unusual type of arrangement for serving. The wooden tables have thick brown sheets which are disposable. They offer disposable plastic aprons and gloves to be worn while eating.

The restaurant specializes in seafood and the menu is limited to a variety of seafood boils and fries.

The staff is groomed and polite. Once your order is placed, your seafood boil will be brought to you inside a plastic bag in a pail. You then have to put on your apron and gloves and eat your food right from the pack with your hands. The concept is fairly new in the Kingdom yet accepted and loved by the masses. Pay a visit here to experience this concept and enjoy the fresh and hot seafood.

Easily the best shrimp I ever had, everything tasted perfect ? the waiters are very hospitable and fast. We received our food literally 5 minutes after ordering and it was steaming hot ? only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is because they had no bathrooms or the bathroom was out of service. Other than that I recommend going there and trying the garlic & butter sauce
