Shake Shack Restaurant- Jeddah Unclaimed

Based the Red Sea mall. The place has its own seating within the mall. We were waiting to order and were told to order on the self order machines but I wanted to speak to someone. The manager wasn't very helpful, it seemed as if he didn't want any customers. The sales assistant who served me, I think he was Saudi, was excellent, very helpful. I wanted something slightly different and he worked around the menu to give to me. The area was fairly clean and my food came quite quick. Food was ok (not as good as people might think). Fries were nice and sauces were decent. There are plenty of other burger places which are better. The guy walking around outside wasn't very helpful or hospitable as you would imagine. I don't think I'll be trying this Shake Shack again. They didnt even have the frozen custard which was advertised everywhere in store. Unbelievable that they are out of stock on a Thursday evening. I've heard other Shake Shacks are better. This must be managed poorly.

I ordered with my friends 3 meals, and I faced the following issues: 1-We asked the cashier for a double shake burger, and he said it was SAR 38, we asked what if we wanted it in a meal, and he said SAR 45, so we ordered and paid for 3 meals, but after we left, we checked the invoice and it was 45+10 for double= 55, so that was very inconvenient and not honest explanation. So, the service was not professional, and this is enough for me not to come back or recommend it to anyone. 2- when the order provided, I checked if they made it like we asked (like Diet Pepsi - no salt in fries), and there were many mistakes. So the service is not trustworthy. 3- No napkins were on the center table; we had to ask for them. This indicates negligence.

I have tried there burger and cheese fries it’s the best fries I ever had a must try order fries with cheese that’s it and I promise u what ever burger u will try u guys will not get disappointed it’s just wow simple and tasty I do wish the fries were a little cheap tho lol

Came to try their new hot chicken sandwich . Unfortunately, it was super bland to the point I had to ask then if they made a mistake and served me the regular chicken instead. Also, their classic burger with one patty was over cooked. The only saving grace is the polite staff

Highly recommend, if you ever get a chance to come to Jeddah and want to have nice burgers, this is definitely the spot. You can’t go wrong with coming here, and the crinkle cut fries are impeccable.
