The Rotana Restaurant is located on the first floor of the five star Dar Al Iman Inter Continental Hotel in the Blessed City of Madinah. This fine dining restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. They offer a varety of cuisines including arabic, asian, middle eastern, morrocan and seafood. The buffet is open to the public and offers view overlooking the courtyard of Masjid An Nabawi.

Rooms very good. Beds were very comfortable and service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make the stay as comfortable as possible especially for my father who has back issues. Food was excellent as breakfast had amazing variety and food was fresh and tasty. Overall washrooms could be updated as per modern design. During our 3 day trip, Mr Muhammad Al Blooshi, Guest Experience Champion, was very cooperative and helpful. He personally ensured we were looked after very well and was very friendly and responsive. Keep up the great service!

I came at the hotel many hours before check in time met at the front desk Mr Khalid. He was very pleasant and willing to help me to check in as soon as possible. He helped me to store my luggage until the room become available. He called me within an hour and informed that my room is ready and it made my day. I am international traveler and travel a lot, I can’t think if I ever had any better service at front desk than what Mr Khalid provided. Hats off if Mr Khalid for excellent customer service and very caring attitude.

I had breakfast at the open buffet that was offered with my stay today and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. I had a lovely conference with a staff member named Amina Ahmed and she was great! She explained and educated me on the food and the hotel. I believe that conversation and the great food makes me want to come back 10x more now!

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spacious. The staffs were super friendly and polite. During breakfast, Fahad served us excellently. His smiles and warm gestures makes us feel home. The masjid is just a few steps away from the hotel. Will definitely want to come back here next time! صلو عى النبي

The service is something more than excellent, the staff are friendly. Whenever you ring them for something they quickly respond. The rooms are large, well designed and clean. The breakfast is awesome, and has a vast range of food, the waiters regularly check up on you. Overall it is excellent and a good value for money.
