Paul, originally a home owned french bakery founded in 1889 in the town of Croix, in the north of France, is now a chain of elegant bakeries and cafés that continue their founding legacy of ‘gourmet and sophistication’ across the world. This alluring branch situated at the heart of the vibrant Nakheel mall specializes in producing authentic french - style breakfasts, and patisseries.

The café exudes a strong sense of french morning culture, with the different options served in packages on the menu as they would be in a typical French cafe. These packages, under the title “Le Petit Dejeuner” (translated as The Breakfast), include Parisian, Continental, and Complet.

Aside from these packages, one can find a fresh variety of other well-chosen symbols of the French breakfast such as ‘le pain au chocolat’, ‘le croissant or la brioche’, and many more. Never again. I asked if they have sourdough, they said yes. Once served, not at all sourdough. They have no clue. I then asked for a runny poached egg. Once served, practically cooked all the way through. Sure it was replaced proper, but how difficult is it to get it right the first time? Incompetence.

My favourite daily place for coffee. The service, the atmosphere and staff smile are a reflection of excellent customer experience. JAVED the head waiter is a real asset for this branch. Keep it up guys

Just a regular day enjoying double espresso and my wife had the lentil soup. I gave the 5 stars for this branch for the most important reason. The lovely staff they have. Raju.S the waiter was so professional with the hospitality
