Operation Falafel is a Lebanese restaurant located in Dammam, khaleej Road. They offer authentic Arabic food. Don't pass up trying their stuffed Falafel! They have a range of pastry items, as well as delicious foul. They also have delicious shawarma. The place is very clean, and the ambiance is great; the service and staff are very good as well. Falafel operations is in the decline unfortunately. Prices are getting higher and portions are getting smaller. We ordered quinoa salad and it came less than half the bowl which is already small. To give credit to the manager, he put extra portion after we complained. We ordered falafel plate and the hummus portion almost half of what used to be. Two stars because the falafel still taste good but I do not think I will visit again.

Taste and quality of food is wonderful. Air conditioning is as always not working properly. Although I regularly dine at the restaurant, one philipino staff behaved rudely.
