Description

Mado Restaurant is famous for Turkish food and desserts. The restaurant is well-known, its location in Souk Al Khalil in Jabal Omar adjacent to Hyatt Regency. The food is authentic and delicious. They serve (cold appetizers, sandwiches and toast, salads, Turkish breakfast, burgers, pizza)etc. They have desserts like milky dessert, kunafa, mixed dessert platter, ice creams and many desserts to eat. The method of presentation is very distinctive.  The decor is beautiful and elegant. The atmosphere is cosy and calm. The sitting area is comfortable and nice. 

Mado is located close to Al Masjid Al Haram in Jabal Omar in the same complex as Hyatt Regency and Hilton Suites on the ground floor.

Good food n superb hospitality by Mr Abdullah. enjoy the pizza very much. wish the main course is available at the earlier hour. regardless, we will not hesitate to come back. relaxing, good ambience n friendly Mr Abdullah. good job

WARNING MEGA EXPENSIVE WITH PRICELESS MENUE

May 2022 Very deceptive, nicely positioned inside a shopping arcade short walk from Mecca Haram. The digital menu presented on tablet in a form of pictures with no prices. The shocking find was when we came to pay It was very expensive as for 2 sharing 1 starter, 1 main and 1 desert with 1 Turkish tea & 1 Turkish coffee we paid 376 SAR Which is almost double per person to what we pay for buffet dinner at the nearby Hilton 5* hotel where we were staying.

Poor service and experience. Place looks fantastic, food is mouthwatering but the service unfortunately isn’t. A hair was found inside one of the burgers I ordered. And it took 3-4 people from the waiter to the manager’s manager to resolve the issue. Making us almost look like we placed it on purpose. That’s really something you wouldn’t expect from a place like this. Other than that the food was descent. Nothing really exciting especially considering the price range.

Excellent service Fresh ingredients. Menu with many options Turkish and international dishes. The prices is high but the portions are big. Consider sharing. It would be nice if they consider offering half portions.
