Description

Mado Restaurant is famous for Turkish food and desserts. The restaurant is well-known, its location in Souk Al Khalil in Jabal Omar adjacent to Hyatt Regency. The food is authentic and delicious. They serve (cold appetizers, sandwiches and toast, salads, Turkish breakfast, burgers, pizza)etc. They have desserts like milky dessert, kunafa, mixed dessert platter, ice creams and many desserts to eat. The method of presentation is very distinctive.  The decor is beautiful and elegant. The atmosphere is cosy and calm. The sitting area is comfortable and nice. 

Mado is located close to Al Masjid Al Haram in Jabal Omar in the same complex as Hyatt Regency and Hilton Suites on the ground floor.

I’m used to drink coffee latte from MADO in Istanbul..drinks and food were way cheaper..I like the atmosphere in here but its damn expensive

It took them half an hour and our constant calls to clean our table and take an order. And after waiting for another 30 minutes it turns out they forgot to put our order in the system. When I asked if they could expedite our order so we don’t wait another 30 minutes they said no, we’ll have to wait, so we left. I also noticed there were frustrated people on other tables as well.

Lovely turkish cuisine, nice place for family and friends, a bit expensive. Long waiting time as it's usually crowded.

Very bad service, we ordered Turkish coffee and baqlawa with an ice cream, they bring the baqlawa and after 45 mins they bring the coffee!!!!! We called the manager but she said she can’t do anything for us. So bad service i’ll never come back here again
