I'm staying here right now, and overall, the hotel is decent. Do not let your expectations lead you to believe that you are staying at a five-star hotel. This is a decent hotel if you want something close to the Haram. Bus services are terrible; people are treated like animals. Bus capacity is near 40 passengers and before leaving, they will load an additional forty passengers if the vehicle can accommodate that many. I'm not sure how Marriott is letting this hotel use its name.Since 2016, I've spent a lot of time at this hotel and have referred so many people, but right now, I'm thinking about staying somewhere else. Finally, the hotel is now extremely busy and uncomfortable due to the fact that Ummrah groups are now permitted to stay there.

Would not recommend this hotel. Stayed in tower 8 and had endless problems. No hot water, safe does not work, microwave does not work, room was not cleaned in days! Very disappointed with this so called highly rated 5 star hotel.

This is the best hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are so nice and neat. The manager Sam is always so nice. I came back to this property after 4 years and we got a suite with 2 separate bedrooms and 3 bathroom and living room and kitchen. It is affordable and really nice. Me and my family were allowed to checkout at a normal time without any extra charges. Sam was there to help with any issues and made sure our stay was great. Much recommended. Although it is a bit far from Haram but the shuttle drops you very close and it is very convenient too. Love it

The rooms are spacious and all the other possible facilities are provided. The kitchenette makes things so easy. At the end the shuttle service is amazing. Never do we have to wait for the bus and never did we have to wait for more than 5mins for it to start moving. Great experience will definitely book it again.

Rooms needs to be renovated. Carpets are very dirty should be replaced. Unnecessary/extra goods should be removed. Wall clock is not available. TV should be affixed on the wall. Proper sitting arrangements in the room is Insufficient. These comments will be promot your business. Thanks
