Description

With its 180 degree, panoramic view over the Al Aqeeq Valley and the Islamic University, La Manana is arguably among the finest breakfast and lounge cafe in Madina. It is however preferable to go there during the day in order to take advantage of the daylight and to be able to fully appreciate the beauty of the interior decoration with its trees and other magnificent decorations. In addition, the restaurant has a bakery corner and a library corner that is beautiful. 

The room is spread over two floors, with an elevator, and the tables are sufficiently spaced out offering a quiet place for family or friends. The seats and sofas are comfortable which really adds to the relaxed atmosphere of this restaurant. The choice of coffees and hot drinks is quite wide and the few pastries on the menu are very good. La Maniana is located on Sultanah Street (Abu Bakr Al Siddiq road), very close to Islamic University, in the Al Qeblatayn District. It opens its doors very early in the morning starting at 6 a.m.

Their service is also excellent, no pressure to leave after your coffee we sat for a while just admiring the way it looks as it seems a lot of thought went into designing the comfy environment.

Second time to visit. They are improving and upgrading their menu which is good. I liked the Dutch eggs and french toast and brioche sandwiches. But I don’t recommend Lamaniana spanish. Their service is very very slow! (Why I removed 2 stars) I think they need more staff.. or go before you start getting hungry ? They have a nice view opposite the Islamic University.. And they open their windows on good weather days which is a plus.
