Joe's Cafe offers an elegant and charming atmosphere with classy and neat furnishing. The staff match the setting's vibe; they have a certain charm going about them, too; they can read their customers well and know their menu just as much, so you won't be having any trouble choosing an item.

In addition to the warm interior atmosphere, Joe's Cafe also offers a beautiful roof-top terrace to enjoy an even more cooling experience. The menu at Joe's Cafe offers main courses consisting of pasta, poultry dishes, a beverage section, and a dessert section. Anything ordered from the menu will be served exactly as seen in the pictures - a plus that not every dining place has. Each item is freshly prepared, and the waiting time is no longer than 10 minutes.

Great food, great attentive service, great view over boulevard from 2nd floor terrace. It's a restaurant with a classy vibe. Recommended.

This was a great cafe to try. The service was very good with the staff being very helpful and hospital. The best thing about this cafe is its atmosphere. The sitting area was amazing with a view towards the boulevard. The reason I put 3 stars is because of the drinks. The drinks were very basic and boring. The drinks this cafe offers are offered at any cafe. Nothing about the drinks was special. Even when I tried to order something that's not common, like the white chocolate, it was out of stock. I would not recommend people to go there on a special occasion. But if you're nearby and want a place to sit, this is a good place to go.

Actually I’m not a cafe person, my wife loves this place very much and I find it good too. 1- calm not too much crowded 2- 4/5 molten cake 3- 4/5 Quesadilla 4- 5/5 Coffee 5- quite good atmosphere
