They also have hot and cold drinks. The restaurant is very beautifully decorated, and the seating area is very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is neat and clean. In addition, the atmosphere is nice and calm. It is located in the Elaf Kinda Hotel, near Abraj Al-Bait, Makkah.

Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone! We booked a room two weeks in advance, then two days before our arrival they falsely claimed our bank card wasn’t valid so they canceled our room despite the card being used daily without a problem! Don’t book this hotel, unless you are ready to be canceled suddenly for customers who can pay a higher price. Extremely low ethics and behavior.

Very happy to stay for three nights. Very close to Haram. Breakfast was good. The room service was good. Room Service Boy Rahat kept the room tidy. The staff was helpful. The mattress was good. Smooth check-in and check-out. MashaAllah 7 lifts to accommodate the guest thus no waiting during prayer time.

The rooms are really small especially 2 bed ones. However the overall experience has been phenomenal. The staff is really nice in general and Hatsoff to Wid from Room service and Captain Titu from restaurant As for location, really the cheapest 5 star hotel with all amenities in this vicinity Last for not the least, the hotel could really use some renovations

The rooms are quite small and dark but the beds are comfy. The overall cleanliness can be improved and the bathrooms need to be updated. The location is excellent. It will take you only 3 minutes to walk to Masjid al Haram. There are lots of restaurants nearby so you have a lot of options (mostly fast food). Overall this is an average hotel but the location is very good so that's why we chose it.

Clean rooms, breakfast is good , near the haram , walking almost 3 minutes to reach haram, only furniture is a bit old, but in general its good for umrah purposes, and its near to all shops could be needed. One plus point is that rooms have speakers connected to the haram, so u can hear the athan and prayers.
