Chocolate Lounge is one of the most amazing places for coffee and desserts in Makkah. It is located inside the Sheraton Hotel close to Al Masjid Al Haram. It is a very nice cafe that is quiet and beautiful. The cafe has comfortable chairs and seats with great decorations. The colors are relaxing and the atmosphere is very friendly and bright. Its tranquility takes you to a second world.

They have cheesecakes, carrot cakes, honey cakes, and more. In addition, they have hot and cold drinks like latte, coffees, cold chocolate, and many more drinks. It is located in the Sheraton Hotel on the Ground Floor, Jabal Al Kaaba, close to the Shaza Hotel in Makkah.

Service in this hotel was great. The staff at the reception, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast staff were all incredibly friendly. The room was great. Everything was always cleaned, fully stocked. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Nothing negative. Due to construction, the bridge that leads directly to the masjid is closed. It would be unfair to fault the hotel for this, but the detour is a little lengthy and should be noted.

Stayed in the Sheraton Makkah for around 7 nights in a beautiful apartment room. Very very happy with the service from staff. All the staff were helpful. hygiene and cleanliness was upto high standards. The buffet variety for breakfast was perfect and a wide variety of foods. All the food was kept warm and tasty. The view from our room was beautiful and the room was at high standards. The staff were quick and would tend to your needs very quickly. I would recommend to everybody to stay in the sheraton and they will not let you down. Next year I will be returning for another stay and I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Excellent service. Mr Khalid at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us greatly. House keeping was great as well. Our stay was very pleasant and memorable. Staff was very friendly & polite and the services were prompt. Thank you to the entire team of Sheraton Makkah. Special thank you to Mr Khalid for giving us the best experience (jazaakallaahu Khairan).

I will start with the hotel staff. They are the most welcoming I have ever experienced in my history of traveling. They are always keen to help, always smile and are always ready to step an extra mile. The location of the hotel is in a walking distance to the Haram. You need to make sure to leave a bit early because the area is super crowded. The breakfast is decent but I would love to see more healthy choices. The rooms are super clean and as expected from Sheraton.

Modern and comfortable hotel with plenty of elevators so you don't have to wait long even during busy periods. Breakfast was good. We had breakfast at the back up restaurant on 2 out of 3 days when the main one was full. Both were almost the same except filter coffee was a bit slow to be refilled. Special thanks to our 11th floor housekeeper Mr Saju who was kind and helpful. The connecting bridge was not operational. Walking back to the hotel requires negotiating a steep path at the end.
